I hiked it for the first time at 17, and it blew me away, making me fall madly in love. Varied landscapes, breathtaking views, unforgettable sunsets, easy trails, endless starry skies. And the constant walking, immersed in magnificent nature. These are the cornerstones of a journey you'll never forget. DIFFICULTY The Alta Via is an easy trek. But. But it's usually done in 10 days, stopping at refuges. We'll do it in 8, sleeping under the stars, for a complete adventure. We'll average 1,000 meters of elevation gain per day, walking for 6 to 8 hours, with backpacks that aren't exactly light. This trip is for you if you're already accustomed to hiking in the mountains, aren't afraid of heights, and are prepared to go without a shower for a week!
