The best winter itineraries in the Dolomites

Walking in the snow has a special charm. The Dolomites are beautiful in summer, but in winter they are even more special. The woods lie dormant under a blanket of snow, the peaks encrusted with ice. Walking with snowshoes on this white mantle, leaving your own tracks in the snow, is an experience I never tire of.
