EVERYTHING IS BETTER
IN HIKING BOOTS

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF...

Hello! My name is Elisa and I will be your guide! Born and raised in the city, I always felt suffocated by the crowded streets, the buildings that hid the sky, and the hustle and bustle of people. I soon realised that my place was no longer in Padua, but among the white rocks of the Dolomites. So I spent my week at the University of Forest Sciences and my weekends exploring the trails of the pale mountains, because I was hungry to know every nuance of them.

It was my parents who took me to the mountains from an early age, to Val di Zoldo, skiing in winter and walking in summer, but... I hated it! I was a real pain in the neck, all I did was ask “how much further?”. But then I grew up and discovered that walking is essential for me. Scouting taught me about outdoor life and the satisfaction of long treks in a tent. The C.A.I. (Italian Alpine Club) introduced me to mountaineering and the world outside Val di Zoldo. But walking was never enough for me, I was hungry for trails, views and adventures. So I accumulated experience and kilometres, and in 2021 I realised a dream I had cherished for years: in three months I crossed the Alps on foot, from Finale Ligure to Trieste, alone and sleeping in a tent!

With this trip, I sought my path among these mountains, until I realised that nothing gives me greater joy than bringing people up here and watching their expressions of amazement at such beauty. So, at the end of the trip, I took a course to become an Environmental Hiking Guide, and now I bring people up here, where it is easy to fall in love.
