The forest at night with snowshoes

Service Description

Have you ever tried walking in a forest at night? What may seem ordinary during the day takes on a magical atmosphere in the dark. As darkness falls, animals emerge from their dens and the forest comes alive with new life. We will walk in silence for a while, listening to the sounds of nature: rustling, creaking, calls, the shrill cry of the owl and, with a little luck, the song of the owl. Seeing the mountains at night, illuminated by the moonlight and surrounded by stars, is an unforgettable experience! We will set off in the afternoon, admiring the colours of the sunset, and immerse ourselves in the woods as the light around us slowly fades and the stars light up one by one in the sky. Get ready to experience special emotions, to overcome your fears and seek a new awareness of the nature around us. PROGRAMME: Meeting at 6 p.m. in front of the Corona Hotel, Mareson di Zoldo. Transfer to Coi with as few cars as possible. Departure for the excursion. Return scheduled for 10 p.m. PHYSICAL EFFORT Elevation gain: 400 metres. Distance: 6 km. Walking time excluding breaks: 3 hours. WHAT TO BRING Snowshoes and poles Comfortable shoes Warm clothing Head torch Water and snacks Snowshoe hire is not included, but if you need any, just let me know and I'll take care of it! The cost is £10. Minimum 3 participants, maximum 10. Registration by the previous Wednesday.
