We will combine a beautiful trek and an amazing, little-visited peak with a night under the stars, a magnificent sunset and lots of photos! Mondeval is famous among photographers for its easy access and the many opportunities it offers to take home lots of beautiful shots. On the first day, we will set off from Ponte di Ru Curto and climb up to Lake Federa, a beautiful mirror for the surrounding peaks. Speaking of mirrors, we will continue to the famous Lago delle Baste, where we will wait to see Pelmo ablaze with the sunset reflected in the waters of the lake. Finally, it will be time to capture the subject that all photographers love and fear: the Milky Way! But don't worry, I will teach you all the tricks to get the best results! The next day, a spectacular sunrise awaits us, followed by a final climb to the summit of Lastoi di Formin. Although this peak looks inaccessible when viewed from Passo Giau, the trail is easy and presents no difficulties (apart from the elevation gain!). On the other hand, the summit offers magnificent views, and vertiginous walls open up beneath our feet! Since a photography course is not complete without talking a little about post-production, before going home we will all go for an ice cream together, and I will show you the basics of editing night-time photos. DIFFICULTY Easy trekking, suitable for anyone with a little training. The only obstacles are the elevation gain, heavy backpacks for the night's necessities and photographic equipment, and the cliffs of Lastoi peak, which make the weekend unsuitable for those who suffer from vertigo.
